The Instant Pot is an amazing (but slightly intimidating) tool for home cooks. Chef Sheila Crye covers the basics while demonstrating how to prepare a delicious Indian meal: Shrimp Coconut Curry (Jhinga Nariyal Wala), Potatoes and Cauliflower (Aloo Gobi), and Spinach and Fresh Cheese (Palak Paneer) using one Instant Pot!
With cook-along classes, you follow the instructor step by step, interacting and asking questions, ending the class with dinner on the table. Or you can just sit back, take notes, ask questions, and enjoy watching. If you’ll be cooking along, it’s important to gather the necessary equipment and ingredients prior to the start of the class.
