Now you and a parent or friend can cook together in your own kitchen with Chef Sheila cooking along with you online, ready to show you how to do new cooking methods and answer your questions in real time. Join the Wednesday Supper Club!
What We Do
Boys and Girls! Are you 9-14 years old? Would you like a friendly guide as you learn how to cook? Chef Instructor Sheila Crye invites to you try online cooking classes with her. She will show you how to prepare the foods you want to eat, and you can cook along with her. What a great way to discover interesting ingredients and extraordinary tastes!
How It Works
Each workshop of the online Wednesday Supper Club is unique. Chef Sheila asks your parent to check with you about what ingredients or dishes you like a lot and what ones you truly dislike. Based upon the food preferences of each group, she suggests a couple of menus, and you choose one of them. The menu with the most votes wins.
You’ll receive the recipes, shopping list, equipment list, and prep list at least 5 days beforehand. Sometimes there’s a task or two you can do in advance (the prep list). During the workshop, Chef Sheila will show you how to do each step, and then you do it yourself or with your cooking partner.
At the end workshop, you will have a delicious meal to enjoy with your family. You will learn how to create a digital cookbook, so you can easily find the recipes whenever you like.
Ask your parent to sign up now, and tell your friends! Cooking is even more fun when you do it with your friends. Now that the Wednesday Supper Club is online, friends and family members can cook together, even if they live far away!

Class Experience
Chef Sheila started Young Chefs in 2004, directing summer cooking camps, Saturday classes and after-school cooking programs. She now creates interactive online classes that empower you to make the dinner you want on Wednesdays. She has provided thousands of hours of culinary instruction, and kids and their parents love her style of cooking classes.
With the proper pre-class prep, lessons are designed for you to be able to cook without parental participation. However, your parents know you best. Sometimes you may need a hand with some equipment or instructions.
